A
British-Spanish Merger
British Airways and Iberia have reached
a preliminary agreement under which the two airlines
would merge into a single company by late 2010. The
new airline group would have 419 aircraft and fly to
205 destinations.

Airbus
forecasts 25'000 new aircraft
According to its latest
market forecast, Airbus foresees a demand for some 25'000
new passenger and freighter aircraft valued at US$ 3.1
trillion between now and 2028. Furthermore, Airbus sees
